The procedure to be applied in case a show should be canceled due to reasons beyond our control will be determined and announced by the organizers. In order to receive such announcements, you need to enter your telephone number in the relevant fields of the application form.

 

This telephone number will be used only for giving information to you if and when a performance scheduled at Istanbul Jazz Center is canceled. It will not be disclosed to third parties. Under normal conditions, all ticket sales are confirmed and non-refundable.

? Table reservations exclude meals and drinks.

? The artists require the audience to respect maximum silence and to set your cell phones to silent mode. 

? Persons below age 18 are not allowed to the shows. 

? Each table is for 4 persons, therefore a reservation for 2 people might be matched with another similar reservation at the same table. 

? Each person should spend a minimum amount of TL 50. 

? Reservations for the bar are for standing room only. 

? Smoking cigars, pipe and cigarillo is prohibited on tables. 

? If the customer does not show up 30 minutes before the show for a table reservation, the table might be reserved for other customers.
